Meet Tom Conway-Gordon

Tom Conway-Gordon is the founder of Conway Gordon, providing private reputation counsel to founders, families and senior leaders operating in high-scrutiny environments.

He has over 25 years of experience advising global organisations, high-net-worth individuals and government leaders across London and the Middle East, with a focus on reputation, narrative and judgement in complex or sensitive situations.

“At the highest levels of business and government, reputation is both the most valuable asset and the most fragile. My role is to help leaders protect it, shape it, and guide how it is understood when it matters most.”

Tom has advised at the highest levels of business and government, including senior figures at Adidas, Rolex, Mercedes-Benz, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola and Unilever, as well as leadership within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Earlier in his career, he advised General Motors through Chapter 11 bankruptcy and served as Global Head of Issues and Crisis at Adidas, guiding the organisation through major reputational challenges including the global disruption to sport during Covid-19. He began his career working on the Marchioness Disaster Inquiry at the Port of London Authority.

Recognised in the Spear’s 500 as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth individuals, Tom is known for calm, experienced judgement and for advising on how individuals are understood in moments that carry consequence.
